Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping through FedEx Ground generally takes 5-7 days for delivery. Expedited shipping orders also have a 1-2 business day processing time before they are shipped. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Tuesday. Please keep in mind that processing and shipping times may fluctuate during product launches, peak periods, and holidays, and are not guaranteed.

Expedited Shipping Options
To meet the unique needs of our customers, we offer expedited shipping options through several carriers, which can be chosen at checkout. Although carriers provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed, and we cannot refund shipping costs if your order arrives outside the estimated window. It's important to note that expedited shipping does not reduce the standard processing time. Additionally, FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Simply buy the paddle you want, try it out for 30 days, and if it doesn't match your playing style, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different model. GatorStrike covers standard shipping both ways, making your purchase risk-free.

International Return Policy
We aim for our international customers to be equally satisfied with their paddles. That's why we extend our 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy to you, though shipping costs are not covered. Buy the paddle you're interested in, use it for 30 days, and if it doesn't meet your expectations, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different model. While we're happy to offer this policy worldwide, we regret that we cannot cover shipping expenses for international returns.

Please be aware that products showing clear signs of misuse or damage will not qualify for returns. However, normal wear from regular play is not considered misuse, so you can confidently use your paddle as intended!

Warranty Coverage
The GatorStrike Pickleball Backpack is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original owner and is non-transferable post-registration.

To activate your warranty, the backpack must be registered with GatorStrike's warranty provider within 30 days of purchase through our official partner Authentic.net and scanning QR code to register.
