Return & Limited Warranty Policy

Returns – 30 Day Policy

Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date, subject to prior authorization by GATORSTRIKE.

All Project purchases must include the original collector’s case and certificate of authenticity to qualify for a full refund. Returns missing these items may be eligible for a partial refund at GATORSTRIKE’s sole and absolute discretion.

GATORSTRIKE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with its return procedures, eligibility requirements, or condition standards.

Limited Warranty Coverage (2 Years)

GATORSTRIKE warrants to the original purchaser only that its Project paddles will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Structural handle failure due to manufacturing defect
  • Edge guard separation or cracking caused by manufacturing defect
  • Face cracking resulting from defective materials or workmanship

Coverage applies only if GATORSTRIKE determines, in its sole discretion, that the issue results from a manufacturing defect under normal use conditions.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or graphic fading
  • Rattling that does not materially affect structural integrity
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
  • Impact damage from contact with the ground or other objects
  • Commercial or demonstrator use
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Any issue not determined to be a manufacturing defect

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Complete the official warranty claim submission process.
  2. Upload clear photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect.

Claims lacking sufficient documentation may be denied. GATORSTRIKE retains sole discretion to determine eligibility and remedy.

Exclusive Remedy

THE REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE.

GATORSTRIKE’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY GATORSTRIKE.

GATORSTRIKE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Where implied warranties cannot be disclaimed, they are limited in duration to the two (2) year warranty period stated above.
