Where do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide with exception of: Belarus , Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Guam, Jersey, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Russia, Ukraine, Zimbabwe and other countries NOT listed on the shipping table below. We look forward to offering world-wide shipping options soon.

How long does it take to get my goods?

We ship out daily! However our standard processing time for orders typically ranges from 1 hour to 1 business day. The delivery time within the United States may vary depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout, with a maximum delivery period of up to 5 business days.

For international orders, the delivery timeframe can extend up to 12 business days. Please refer to the table below for estimated transit times by country.

Keep in mind that these transit times are approximate and are calculated based on business days.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link as well as periodic status updates.

Additionally, as your package approaches its destination, we will keep you informed with shipment updates.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

To qualify for free shipping to select countries, your order subtotal must meet or exceed the specified free shipping threshold, taking into account any applicable discounts. Please note that this free shipping offer is applicable only to specific countries.

When will my order ship?

We strive to get all order out same day however in the circumstances that the order is not placed between 8am and 1 Pm EST the order will ship the next day.

In the rare circumstance where the order has not shipped within 24 hours we guarantee that shipping will be process within the 3 day window and we will also refund your shipping due to a delay.

Shipping window is 8am to 1pm EST due to volume of orders placed. Weekends are considered non working business days.

Where does my order ship from? USA!

We ship direct from our beautiful warehouse located at 1140 Plett Rd, Cadillac Michigan 49601

My item shows delivered but i never received it.

From time to time, carriers may mistakenly label a package as "delivered" when it actually arrives a few days later.

If your package hasn't appeared within two days after showing the delivery was received and the delivery confirmation says other wise, please reach out to us.

We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make you a happy customer regardless of carrier circumstances.

ISSUES - RETURNS - REFUNDS

How do I return a product?

Its a simple return process! Items that are returned within 30 days after receiving your order will be given a refund or store credit.

All Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received the also must be unworn / unused with the exception of the "Try before you buy offers", We would like you to keep the tags still attached, and include all the original packaging while trying on, using or trial sessions.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 1 day and the funds will return to your bank account within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). We cannot issue the refund without the items being returned, however we may make exceptions on consumable items that are non returnable.

Returning items within the United States is hassle-free and complimentary. The buyer is required to pay for return of shipment, However replacement shipping from GatorStrike to buyer will be free of charge.
